    About the Author

    Philip Reckers is Director of the School of Accountancy at Arizona State University. He is an active researcher, having published over 100 articles in major professional and academic journals including Accounting, Organizations, and Society, The Accounting Review, Auditing: A Journal of Practice and Theory, Behavioral Research in Accounting, Contemporary Accounting Research, Decision Sciences, Journal of Accounting Research, and The National Tax Journal. Dr. Reckers is editor of Advances in Accounting and serves on the editorial boards of Auditing: A Journal of Theory and Practice and Behavioral Research in Accounting. --This text refers to the CD-ROM edition.
